Seminars
Seminars are Intensive Training Programs usually a single day event, where the nature of training is to create awareness, similar to orientation programs where participants (Experienced/Beginners) are introduced to a particular subject in general (in our case it maybe Filipino Martial Arts, Silat or Wing Chun etc.as a whole system in the manner of overview going through the whole curriculum or at least touching most of it without moving much deep into any particular pattern or component) or on any specialised component/ drill/ technicalities/ methods/pattern/concept etc. from the broader curriculum/ Style/ System/ Art form.
Workshops
Workshops are Intensive Training Programs which exceed more than 1 Day of training and at least 6 hours of practical training, In workshops people are not only introduced to subjects, but they also get more time with to train hands on under the supervision of experts, here feedback analysis, interactive sessions with participants and doubt clearing sessions also takes place allowing refinement of skill sets and developing better understanding in terms of physical, mental and Intellectual aspect, as in these session you also get to meet other participants from other systems, some of them maybe experts and instructors too thus, it will also push you further by making you work these skills against trained professionals and hard resistance.
Guardian Fist Masterclass
This can be a great opportunity for Existing school owners wanting to introduce any of the Systems / Curriculum / Styles we have to offer at “Guardian Fist”To level up their current skills set, for people wanting to incorporate weapons training to your existing curriculum, or want to explore the roots of Southeast Asian war based Fighting systems we offer to have a better overview of the Asian martial arts culture and warrior traditions or maybe just increase your understanding in Self Defense training.
This can be an opportunity for you all to know how we train, our nature of progression in training, have a Physical overview of our Curriculum or if you want any In-depth Knowledge / explanation on any particular aspect of training we have to offer , and most importantly this can be your first step of becoming an Affiliate Member/School/Instructor of “Guardian Fist”.
In modern times it’s highly un-likely that working professionals get to attend Martial Arts classes on daily basis, or may be their preferred system is taught far from their area of convenience or if you just want to train a specific curriculum or Module from a particular Martial Arts system for which you could have had to wait for many months if you had to go through the entire system, in such cases these seminars and workshops are like blessings for any martial arts enthusiasts.
They also provide you with an opportunity to be our official point of contact/ Official training venue/Official Instructor/Official Director of Training Branch Chief) of our Organisation for your region (International, National, State, District, Dojo)? Hosting a seminar aka Masterclass is a great way to get started! Seminars give you hands-on experience in working with us directly. Seminars can also help break up the routine and breathe new life into your classes & training or just make new and like-minded friends from the martial arts community!

- Host may choose the topic(s) of choice from our vast curriculum
- Host may choose a Tailor-Made Module Specially Designed For Them and Exclusively Taught to them
- Host Gets Personal Training hours with Master Riddhi Dutta as a Bonus, without any extra payment!
- Guardian Fist Specific Rank Requirement Training Materials (Filipino Martial Arts/ Wing Chun/Silat/JKD Concepts, Etc.)
- Not sure where to start? We can arrange a seminar for you based on the goals of the host.
TICKET PRICING & ADVERTISING
Because the host pays a flat seminar fee, they may charge any admission price they wish and keep 100% of what comes in. We highly recommend offering a "Pre-Registration" option at a slightly lower cost than the "At the Door" fee, to provide incentive for people to sign up early.
- GUARDIAN FIST can help you to design banners, posters and digital promotional material.
- GUARDIAN FIST can help you to create a Logo for your entity if you do not have one.
- GUARDIAN FIST will provide a flier for your event via digital copy, for your use.
- GUARDIAN FIST will list your event on the Seminar section of our website.
- GUARDIAN FIST will create an Event for your seminar on our social media handles.
We highly recommend Host takes the same steps as above and advertise through their own networks as well and for extra reach they may also avail our In-house Social Media Campaigning services.
HOST RESPONSIBILITIES (Additional Expenses, Excluding Training Fee)
- Airfare / Travel Expenses (Tickets and Other Travel expenses) for Master Riddhi plus one assistant
- Provide a clean, safe training environment. Dry eraser & speaker for music.
- Provide the necessary information needed for us to create your event.
- All local travel, lodging, and meal expenses for Master Riddhi plus one assistant.
- Balance for seminar fee, and reimbursement for travel expenses if needed, due upon arrival.
PLEASE NOTE :
- “GUARDIAN FIST” does not promise the host any number of participants, it can only help them in advertisement and that too when professionally approached for.
- “GUARDIAN FIST” does not guarantee or promise any ranks or qualifications just for hosting Workshop/ Seminars, one must go through a proper training and evaluation process.
- Hosting A Seminar/ Workshop does not automatically qualify host to become a Representative, it has applied for separately after the successful completion of the event and a legal agreement must be signed by both parties to enter the said partnership
- “GUARDIAN FIST” is the official business name registered under the name of Master Riddhi Dutta, any un-authorised or misuse of it can lead to legal consequences.
- A Representative is not an official Instructor rank, it only authorises Individuals/ Organisations to host, promote and run training groups under Master Riddhi Dutta, or any other Full-Instructor authorised by “GUARDIAN FIST”.
- All Payments must be made to the official banking account of the Business Establishment “GUARDIAN FIST”, and an invoice of the payment made must be duly attached and mailed to our official email address during confirmation.
- First-aid must be present at the Venue and medical emergencies must be dealt with immediately by the Host.
- All Authorisations come with a date of issue and expiry and must be renewed on time to avoid legal complications.
- Upon Agreement, Representatives will be enlisted on our official website within 14 days.
- Any order of merchandise, equipment or apparel for the event must be duly made at least 14 days prior to the event and must be notified through an official email.
- All certificates for such events will be presented by “GUARDIAN FIST”, the host and venue will be mentioned in print.
UPCOMING IN-HOUSE SEMINARS AND WORKSHOP
These are Seminars and Workshops Hosted by Guardian Fist, Not Only they Offer Immense Knowledge, hands on training Directly Under Master Riddhi Dutta at his Facility along with In-depth Information and Training material for participants to keep their mind and body working for awhile even after the event is over, but they also may get regular attendees opportunity to Give Gradation Exams to level up their Instructor Credentials Or just add another feather to their cap with our official Certificate of Participation/ Certificate of Completion given to participants on the concluding day these events.
